Security & privacy

With aishaa, organisations process customer communication, customer information and company knowledge every day. We understand this data must be handled with care. That's why security, privacy and controlled access are key principles in the development of the platform.

Secure access to the platform

Access to aishaa runs through secured user accounts. Within the platform, users and organisations can be separated from each other and access can be tailored to roles and responsibilities.

Protection of data

We take technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Which measures apply depends in part on the integrations used, the infrastructure and the setup of the customer environment.

Privacy and personal data

aishaa processes personal data to deliver the platform and the agreed services. We aim to process only the data necessary for that and to handle customer and contact data with care.

AI and customer data

When AI features are used, relevant parts of customer questions, company knowledge and customer context may be processed to generate replies or analyses. Which data is used for this and through which suppliers it is processed must be transparently recorded in the agreements with customers.

Roles and access management

Not every user needs access to the same information. aishaa supports organisation-bound access and user roles, so access can be tailored to someone's role and responsibilities.

GDPR and processing agreements

Depending on how aishaa is used, we may act as a processor of personal data on behalf of our customers. In that case, arrangements on processing, security, sub-processors, retention periods and deletion should be recorded in a data processing agreement.

Transparency
