Menu path: Account > Library

In short: The Library contains agents, workflows and skills to start from. The aishaa team puts the library together. When you add an agent, you get a new agent that belongs to you and that you adjust yourself. A workflow is added as a draft that only runs once you publish it. A skill from the library is already available to every agent; you only have to give it to an agent.

Where to find this

Go to Account > Library. You can also get there via the Library button at the top of the Account > Agents page. The explanation at the top reads: Agents, workflows and skills from aishaa to start from. What you add becomes your own: adjust it as you like.

Who: the page is visible from the Organisation admin role. Adding an agent or workflow is possible from the Account admin role; for an Organisation admin those buttons are disabled. Anyone who can see the page can use View skill. The library applies to the whole account.

The Library page with the tabs Agents, Workflows and Skills and, on the Agents tab, a few cards with a name, a description and the Create agent button, one card with the Already added chip and the Create another button, menu Account > Library.

What you see in the library

The page has three tabs. Each item is on a card with a name and a short description.

Tab What it contains Button
Agents A ready agent with instructions and skills. Adding one makes a new agent you can adjust. Create agent, or Create another if you have already added this agent before (chip Already added).
Workflows A workflow to start from. It is added as a draft; nothing runs until you publish it. Add as draft
Skills Skills from aishaa are already available to every agent. Open one to see it and give it to your agents. View skill, with the chip Available to every agent.

Which items you see depends on two things:

  • Language: the texts are in the language in which you use aishaa if the aishaa team has provided them in that language, otherwise in Dutch, and if there is no Dutch text, in a language that is available.
  • Domain profile: an item is meant for everyone, or for certain domain profiles. You see it if it is for everyone or if at least one organisation in the account has that domain profile.

If a tab has nothing on it yet, you see Nothing here yet with aishaa adds to the library regularly.

Adding an agent

  1. Go to Account > Library, tab Agents.
  2. Click Create agent (or Create another) on the agent.
  3. aishaa creates a new agent with the name, the description, the General instructions, the memory settings and the skills of the agent from the library. You see Agent “(name)” created and land on the Account > Agents page with the new agent open.
  4. Adjust the agent where needed and click Save. See AI agents.

You can also choose the same starting point under New agent on the Agents page: under Start from you choose An empty agent or one of the agents from the library. The form is then filled with the name, the description, the instructions, the memory and the skills of that agent; the agent only exists once you click Save.

What happens next with an added agent

The new agent is a copy that belongs to you:

  • Everything can be adjusted, just like an agent you create yourself. A change in the library does not change your agent.
  • The Basics & behavior tab shows Made from: (name). With Back to the standard you reset the description and instructions to the current text of that agent in the library. Confirm the question The description and instructions of the template come back. Name, tools and rules stay. This also works if the agent is no longer offered in the library. Back to the standard is disabled as long as there are unsaved changes or the agent is locked.
  • An agent from the library, like every new agent, starts without built-up trust. Every reply is a proposal to a colleague. See Trust and letting an agent send by itself.
  • An agent from the library only replies to customer messages once a workflow names it in the Write the reply step. See Answering customer messages with workflows.

Adding a workflow

  1. Go to Account > Library, tab Workflows.
  2. Click Add as draft on the workflow.
  3. aishaa creates the workflow as a draft in the organisation you are working in at that moment. You see Workflow “(name)” added as a draft and the workflow editor opens.
  4. Review the steps, adjust them, try the workflow out and publish it. See Create, test and publish a workflow.

Nothing runs until you publish the workflow. If a step of the workflow names an agent from the library, aishaa uses the enabled agent in your account that was made from that same library agent. If you do not have one yet, aishaa creates it straight away; you then find it on the Agents page.

After that, a workflow from the library is an ordinary workflow of the organisation: you adjust it like any other. If you want it in another organisation, switch to that organisation and add it there again.

Using a skill from the library

You do not have to add a skill from the library: it is already available to every agent, as a skill From aishaa.

  1. Go to Account > Library, tab Skills.
  2. Click View skill. The Account > Skills page opens with that skill.
  3. Give the skill to an agent: open the agent, go to the Skills tab and click Add skill.

You cannot adjust a skill from aishaa. If you want your own version of it, make a copy on the Skills page with Make a copy. See Skills.

Good to know

  • The aishaa team puts the library together. Its contents can change; what you have already added does not change as a result.
  • You can add an agent from the library as often as you like. Each time you get a new, separate agent.
  • Added agents and workflows appear, like everything you create yourself, in the Changes overview. See Changes and reverting.
