Menu path: Sign in to aishaa

In short: You sign in to aishaa via a secure sign-in service with your email address and a password. New users set their password via a personal activation link they receive by email. aishaa itself has no two-step verification, no sign-in with Google or Microsoft and no password screen in the app.

Where to find this

Open the aishaa start page and click Sign in to aishaa. If you are already signed in, aishaa opens the Dashboard straight away. You sign out via the user menu at the top right (click your avatar) with Logout.

Who: every user, from the Viewer role. Your sign-in details are personal and apply to the whole account.

Signing in

  1. Go to the aishaa start page and click Sign in to aishaa.
  2. You arrive at the sign-in screen of the secure sign-in service aishaa uses. Enter your email address and password.
  3. After signing in you briefly see One moment please, we are logging you in… and then the Dashboard.

If signing in fails, aishaa shows Sorry, we have failed to log you in…. Check your email address and password and try again. The sign-in page also has the Create workspace button; it is only meant for organisations that do not yet have an aishaa workspace, not for creating an extra user.

Setting your first password

You never get an aishaa account with a password chosen by someone else.

  • If an Account admin invites you, you receive an email with a personal link to activate your account and set a password. The invitation also says so: The user will receive an email with a personal link to activate the account and set a password.
  • If you create a new workspace yourself with Create workspace, you receive an email with the same kind of link after registering.

Set your password via the link and then sign in with your email address and the new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder; an Account admin can check whether your email address was entered correctly under Account > Users.

Forgotten or changing your password

aishaa has no screen in the app for changing your password; the password is managed by the sign-in service. So use the forgotten password option on the sign-in screen. You then receive an email with a link to set a new password. You use the same route if you deliberately want to change your password.

User name and email address

Your user name and email address are shown on My profile and under Account > Users, but are read-only there. Both must be unique within aishaa. If your email address has to change, for example after a change of name, an Account admin can invite a new user with the new address and remove the old user. See Manage users.

What you can do after signing in

What you may see and do in aishaa is determined by your role (Viewer, Agent, Team lead, Organisation admin or Account admin) and your organisation access. You only see the organisations of your own account that you have been given access to; data of other accounts is never visible. See Roles and permissions.

Signing out and the live connection

Click your avatar at the top right to open the user menu. It shows the status of aishaa’s live connection (for example Live connected, Live offline or Reconnecting live) with the Restore live connection button, and Logout at the bottom. After signing out you see You are logged out.

Good to know

  • aishaa has no two-step verification (MFA) in the app. You cannot turn it on in My profile or in the account settings.
  • Signing in with a Google or Microsoft account (SSO) is not possible. The Google and Microsoft connections in aishaa are only used to connect mailboxes, not to sign in.
  • There is no overview of active sessions or devices, and no button to sign out remotely.
  • You cannot resend an invitation. If the activation link is lost, an Account admin removes the user and invites the person again.
  • A removed user can no longer sign in, with immediate effect. Removal cannot be undone.
  • When a workspace is created, aishaa limits the number of attempts per connection; after too many attempts you see Too many attempts from this connection. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
