Getting started

Create a workspace, set up aishaa with the onboarding, sign in, roles, your first channel and inviting your team.

  1. What is aishaa

The building blocks of aishaa at a glance: account, organisation, tickets, conversations, channels, workflows, AI agents, proposals and trust, knowledge, To do, bulk messages and roles, with the article that gives the details for each topic.

  2. Create an aishaa workspace

Create a new aishaa workspace for your company via the registration form: which details you fill in, what is created automatically and how you then activate your admin account.

  3. Setting up aishaa with the onboarding

After you create your workspace, aishaa largely sets itself up: it reads your website, prepares everything and walks you through, in a conversation, what only you can do, such as connecting your first channel, choosing the tone and inviting colleagues.

  4. Signing in and password

Sign in to aishaa with your email address and password, activate your account via the personal link in the activation email and set a new password via the sign-in screen.

  5. Roles and permissions

The five roles in aishaa (Viewer, Agent, Team lead, Organisation admin, Account admin), exactly what each role can do, and how an account-wide role and a different role per organisation work together.

  6. Invite your team

Invite colleagues via Account > Users: enter a name, email address and role, then set up organisation access and, if needed, different roles per organisation.

  7. Connect your first channel

Choose, in broad terms, how customer messages reach aishaa: your aishaa Mail address that works straight away, a connected mailbox (Outlook, Gmail, own domain or SMTP), WhatsApp or telephony, with the article that gives the steps for each choice.

  8. Checklist for the first week

An ordered checklist to get aishaa working in the first week: finishing the onboarding, team and channels, checking what aishaa knows, looking at the workflows and agents, handling the first proposals and setting up notifications, with a link to the relevant article for each step.

  9. aishaa on your phone and as an app

Use aishaa in your phone's browser or install it as an app on your home screen, get to know the mobile navigation (Today, Tickets, Chat, WhatsApp, More) and turn on push notifications, including the extra step that iPhone and iPad require.

  10. Language and time zone

Choose your own language under My profile, set the organisation's working language and time zone under Organisation > General, and read which language aishaa uses for what and which languages are fully translated.
