Cases

Files with required data and documents, for accounts with the Cases feature.

1. What are cases

   A case is a file per customer in which aishaa uses a template to keep track of which details and documents have come in, what is still missing and what a colleague needs to check.

2. Case templates

   Record in a case template which fields, documents and checks are needed, so that aishaa can assess for each case what has come in and what is still missing.

3. Create and review a case

   Create a case for a customer, upload documents, review the items aishaa puts forward for checking, add memos and keep an eye on the completeness of the file.
